Entre as datas de 29 de agosto até 9 de setembro o sistema de verificação já ativo apresentou erro e baniu diversas contas. Como forma de amenizar o problema a MS providenciou 3 meses de Live gold e 1600 MSP pela inconveniência.

If your console was suspended between the dates, the quickest way to find out if you were impacted by the software issue is to simply reconnect your console. If you can log in, you were impacted by the issue and we've unsuspended the console."
